Proposals for Societies to reform public vice and Sabbath breaking

A letter from Hilborn dated September 28 1758 urges forming societies to suppress public prostitution and other immorality in the metropolis. Death by Bleeding Foot Sore Near Halifax

A dated note from Warley in May 1798 reports the sudden death of a man near Halifax after bleeding from a minor leg sore that he aggravated until he died in about fifteen minutes.
