The M Lellan of New London under Captain Jackson visited Stevely Draco Island and learned that on July 24 the Forestigator and Enterprise under Sir John Ross had reached the Lievely and landed despatches for forwarding to Europe. The expedition then continued in search of Sir John Franklin. The crews were all well.
