In a Saturday session of the bankruptcy court the well known Cha ring cross printseller from Cockspur street faced adjournment of his final examination as his separate estate shows debt only about £50 left for distribution. The petitioning creditor had spent nearly £50 on fiat, leaving little for creditors and the commissioner adjourned the final exam for two months.
