Cause show, Afr Ferrand to appear in Queen's Bench

Attempted Murder Trial At Clerkenwell Police Court

George Wilmot, 40, of Aden’s Place, King’s Cross, is charged with attempting to murder Mrs. Susan Haines in Liverpool Road, Toxteth. Evidence from Mrs. Haines and witnesses describes a violent assault in a dark cottage, with bloodied injuries and a candlestick alleged as the weapon. He denied the charge, was remanded, and later examined the victim at her residence amid urgency for her deposition.
