All calls unpaid may cause forfeiture. Upon full payment of £21 per certificate, £40 stock transfers to the holder. Subscribers may pay up on allotment to earn interest from 1 January 1865 and receive 6 percent annual discount for prepaying installments, reducing the issue price by about £2 16s. per cent. Applications require £1 per share and must be made via listed banks. deposits refunded if no allotment, or applied to the allotment balance if allotment is incomplete.
