France and England Unite Over Napoleon Ashes Return
A French government bill seeks to bring Napoleon Bonaparte's remains from Saint Helena to Paris. The plan calls for the ashes to be placed in the Invalides with a solemn tomb and associated ceremonies. Prince de Joinville would head a frigate voyage to recover the mortal remains under British permission.
