Lord Chancellor Decision in Broad and Narrow Gauge Case

The Lord Chancellor in the Oxford and Birmingham Junction Railway dispute rejects the injunction seeking to remove twelve directors and hand control to six others. He grounds the decision on standing, common interest, and failure to show proper corporate remedy, allowing demurrers and halting injunction. The case references Foss v Harbottle and Taylor v Salmon regarding jurisdiction and proper party representation.
