Apollo Masonic Ball Lights Oxford Soiree At Radcliffe Library
The Apollo Masonic Ball in Oxford followed a Radcliffe Library meeting last month and proved one of the year’s most brilliant events. The Town Hall featured pink and white drapery, Turkish tents, and ornate displays while Weippert’s band played in the corridor. A refreshment room hosted the council chamber and a 300 capacity supper saloon in the Town Hall yard. About 600 guests enjoyed the elegant, carefully planned proceedings and lingered into the late hours.
