Insolvency adjourned as creditors seek time and funds

In the Forest of Dean Gloucestershire a final order in insolvency was postponed after creditors urged delay. The debtor, owner of Oak Colliery, is said to owe about £10,000 though assets could reach £28,000. Opposing views on costs and assignee powers led to a November adjournment to allow investigation and fund handling.
