YRS BOWSLL Ix HOSPITAL IN VNCOUVER Mrs Bert Fowell flown to Vancouver for examination and observation after an operation earlier this year. Not fully recovered re entered hospital in Dawe son Creek and sent to Vancouver for better facilities. Bert remains in Chetwynd after disposing of this text business and hopes to return soon. Plans for Hudson Head Road improvement and ferry access
The letter to the Weekly Advertiser from Hon P Gaglardi states the Hudson Head Chetwynd Road will receive continual improvement with limited funds. It notes the aim is not a first class highway but access via existing sections, improvements, and a ferry. Current work should improve the worst spots and future upgrades may occur as traffic grows.
