British forces routed Turkish troops in Palestine with over 40 000 prisoners and 265 guns taken. French Serbian British and Greek forces advanced in Servia. Bulgarian troops under German command were driven back across a 180 mile front. US and French forces drove north of Verdun gaining 4 to 7 miles with 5000 prisoners. French retook towns held by Germany since 1914.
