Spalding No 368 council meets at April 1918 session

The Spalding Rural Municipality council appoints a committee to investigate a James Hamilton claim and discusses road survey along Blind line north of several sections. A bridge project is debated with Highway Department. some members vote yes, others no. Meetings adjourn to May first at Westasta Valley, with road payments and school district bills approved or carried.
