The Rural Municipality of Morris No 312 council met at the caiateau office in Young. The meeting opened with all members present. They read and adopted prior minutes and discussed tax sales, grants to veterans, school taxation, tax sale advertising, road repairs, land surveys, and education matters. The group agreed to levy funds for Red Cross and scheduled a reconvening for October.
