Rain of general nature fell over the south east and nearby districts within 24 hours ending at morning, with heavy falls in the south eastern quarter. Mat thew Naumann a road lengthman from Wetn Jen was riding a railway tricycle when a following cart ran into him. He suffered a fractured thigh severe wounds and abrasions with suspected internal injuries and was taken to the general hospital in a critical condtition.
