Dairy Act crisis at Brisbane Supreme Court injunction

Priday. McAnulty trading as Moxey Cheese Products seeks interim injunction against the Commonwealth Dairy Board Rhody of Brisbane and James Patrick and Company and ALES Limited. McAnulty challenges Dairy Produce interstate regulations under Federal Dairy Act as invalid and argues no licencing demand for delivering dairy produce to any port or through another state. Woman killed as lorry crashes into stationary vehicle

A Sydney woman, Mrs Bert Stevens of Willeroo Street Lakemba, died instantly when a lorry struck a stationary lorry on a road between Camden and Byduvy. Mrs Roby Smith of Mill Road Liverpool received a jaw injury and was admitted in serious condition. Willian Borris, Camden driver of the moving lorry, escaped with cuts.
