In Army Air CorpsJewel T. Shearer, son of Mrs. W. T. Shearer, of London, Texas, enlisted in the Army at Fort Sam Houston, August ,13, 1941. He was sent immediately to Fort Riley, Kansas, for training. He has been in training in a number of places, including Tucson, Arizona, and Helena, Montana. He is now with the 3rd Comnany. 2nd Regiment.
