Col. John Nash, commandingofficer of the 176th Field artillery, former Pittsburgh National Guard regiment.Lt. Coi. Carey Jarman, 29th Division plans and training officer, said the movement would give the units, which in general are under division headquarters control on the field and are not members of combat teams, certain convoy and field training equivalent to that being received by the combat na- teams.The motor column will leave Fort q Meade shortly after breakfast and cold lunches will be carried.
