Still another name lias been added to Casa county's honor roll, Sam Hazard, Company L, 168th infantry, having died of wounds received on the firing line in France. A message received last evening by his sister, Mrs. Charles Croissant, who lives south,of Atlantic, told of the death of the young man. He had been wounded in an engagement of May27 and died two dayB later. This makes CasB county’s sixth soldier to meet death in France.Sam Hazard was bom and reared in Cass county. He would have been 21 last Sunday*.had he livedo He enlisted in Company L at Council Bluffff in September of 1916.
