CZAPLA — Mrs. Agnes Barbara Czapla', 2203 10th Street, died Sunday in Behlen Community Hospital after an illness of two weeks. She was 86,The Rev. Flavius Czuba of Illinois will officiate at the funeralj 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church with burial in St. Stanislaus Cemetery at Duncan, The body will lie in state after 1 p.m. Tuesday at McKown Funeral Home, where prayer services are set for 7:30 and 8 p.m. Tuesday.Daughter oE Tom and Cathrine (Bamas) Kush, she was bom July 31,1888 in’ Polk County and married Joseph A. Czapla, Jan. 31, 1007 at St. Mary Catholic Church, Pilsno. Ihey fanned southwest of Columbus.Preceded In death by her husband, March 21, 1974, she is survived by six suns and five daughters: Walter S. of St. Louis; William J., Anthony J., Marcel I., Ray L., Mollie Jarecki, Mrs. Henry (Frances) Skorupa, Mrs. Ed (Theresa) Krzycki all of Columbus; Joe B,, Mrs. Leo (Agnes) • Kalinowski of Omaha; Mrs. Mike (Cecelia) McCarthy of Burke, S.D.Also surviving are 38 grandchildren and 42 greatgrandchildren; four sisters, Josie Prorock of Fullerton, Vera Kuta and Cathrine Czuba of Columbus, Coy {Victoria) Morrison of Odessa; two brothers, Joe Kush of St. Paul, Neb., and Tom Kush of Omaha.She was also preceded in death by a son, Martin, 1961; infant son, Lawrence, 1928; sisters, Polly Moritz, Mrs. Adolph (Mary) Czapla; brother, Louis Kush.
