Ruckus Results 'In Local ShootingA ruckus which resulted in tin accidental shooting brought three Shaftcr residents into Judge K. K. Grant’s township court early this week,Clara Davis, 36, of South Shatter received a 90 day suspendedsentence1 for disturbing the peace in a reckless manner while her husband was fined $25 for being intoxicated. Warren Earl Beddo,488 West Marengo, received a 30 day suspended sentence.Mrs. Davis allegedly obtained a pistol after participating in an argument with her husband. When Beddo attempted to restrain the worn in, the ensuing struggle resulted in Beddo being shot in the right index finger.
