The prospectus filed under the 1864 Companies Act lists promoters Joseph Darwent M Kingsborough H H Haussen Henry Nankervis and capital 12000 in 6000 shares. It notes mineral sections near Kadina with a shaft network and carbonate copper indicating potential value and invites share applications by September 3 in Adelaide Wallaroo Moonta or from Captain Kitto’s report in newspapers.
Notice states a directors meeting on August 26 1869 where share 16 was forfeited for the company. It names W Moore as secretary and dates August 31 1869.
