French Fleet Sends Fourteen Warships to Danzig
Paris reports a decree ordering fourteen new warships including four heavy destroyers and six light destroyers. Foreign Minister Bonnet warned that England and France would aid Poland if its independence rights are attacked after reports of thousands of Germans heading to Danzig for a weekend demonstration. He met with the Polish Ambassador prior to the decree.
