Government official warns Burrinjuck Dam water may be cut to rice fields next week. Water flows at 3000 acre feet daily totaling about 25 million gallons. The Water Conservation and Irrigation Commission will decide the cutoff timing with short notice. About 44,000 acres of rice affected. 100,000 acre feet stored.
