Herd Testing Wagga Wins State Prize

A. R. Martins Narooma Jersey Stud of Wages won the state herd recording prize in the latest Department of Agriculture contest. He entered 12 Jerseys averaging 583.26 pounds with age allowances. His six year old Kelvinside Bros Tuatra produced 948.57 pounds of butter fat, earning a special award for highest production. M. G. Chapman of Corein-Lob also earned praise with a seven Jersey team averaging 480.29 pounds with age allowances.
