The ad advises a mild diet and a purgative, urging readers to obtain the remedy from their druggist.
A sale of work will be held at the Ball to raise funds for the South Side Methodist Church. Donations of money and fancy articles are welcome, to be received by the committee listed, including Rev JK Kary and Mrs R. W. Freeman as President. The event takes place at Furllingate on April 24.
