Newfoundland Adopts Local Adult Education Drive
Dr Mansbridge and wife visit Newfoundland sharing a message on adult education. They praise Newfoundland’s tradition and urge growth through local schools, radio, and community groups. The visit leads to the formation of an Association for Adult Education in St John’s and a Workers’ Association, with church cooperation and praise for local leaders.
