Tenants turn suspect in terrace romance farce
On Sunningdown Terrace the new tenant Captain Cheston draws Rosy Brewster and Kate Warrener into a web of gossip about robberies at the neighboring houses. A plan to pair Kate with the Captain collapses as a theft spree exposes the impostor family, ending with Kate marrying the curate and Ten staying empty before a noisy, unruly new family moves in.
