Pending completion of arrangements for issue locally ration books may be obtained by wiring the Food Officer collect stating the name and address of the retailer who will supply the canned milk. The Food Officer will issue ration books and authorize the retailer by telegram to supply six pints per week for four weeks to cover the interval before the arrival of the card. Retailers should regard the telegram as a ration document and pass it on to their wholesaler with their coupons.
The Salvation Army lists a full week of services with times for Holiness, Sunday School, Bible Class, Praise, Salvation, Soldier's, and Public Salvation Meetings. Corps Officers conduct all services with extended invitation to all.
