Captain Frank Roberta Dies After Stroke in New York

Brooklyn mourns Capt Frank Roberta 77 a long time mariner who lived in the sea from youth. He commanded the schooner Grace then built the Little Grace ferry service and served as stipendiary magistrate for Twillingate until 1936. He retired twelve years ago and continued summer duties on the water.
