Announcement of a steam packet sailing from London to Dublin via Plymouth and Falmouth, with details on departure time and agent contact, plus notices about municipal corporation publications and medical works on venereal diseases and urethral strictures.
Mr Payne seeks to affiliate a 19 year old lad to Henry Parker as the father of Mabbet’s child. Corroborative letters from the reputed father to the mother confirm paternity. The defendant offered LL 10s for confinement expenses and LL 2 10s weekly for support. the Recorder notes caution in evidence and approves the modest sum, ordering accordingly.
At Brentford, Lord Montford and Colonel Clitherow heard an informer’s case against T T Rigby of Yateley Lodge Hampshire for failing to display owner name and address on a cart. Rigby argued the act did not require perpendicular lettering. the bench found the notice must be in a straight line. He paid a 5s fine plus costs. Other locals were convicted for similar offences and riding without reins.
Under the New Corporation Act Canterbury will be divided into three wards with nine councillors each. The council will choose six aldermen and a mayor. Elections are fixed for December 20. Freemen lose mayoral votes. householders must have been rated for the last two years and up to August this year.
James Prior, a long time Leadenhall market porter, faced the Lord Mayor on suspicion of belonging to a gang that robbed Mr Kemp near Camomile Street. Kemp testified of being pushed, struck, and relieved of a pocket book. a Jew-like figure and several assailants aided the mob. Prior denied involvement, claiming self defense after being struck, with witnesses contradicting him. The case was postponed for further investigation and character references.

The writer denounces Pestilential Journals as venomous, claims they spoliate reform while harming the country, and notes no actual person named as editor of the True Sun.

He praised Ireland, attacked the Lords, and pledged to back Whig Radicals in pushing constitutional liberty and cheaper government.
