Reform Bill Ireland registry critique by OConnell

In a June 1832 letter, OConnell condemns Stanley's Irish Reform Bill and urges British reformers to adopt English registry standards. He details English procedures for voter registration, objections, and barristers, then contrasts them with Ireland's cumbersome, costly, and corrupt system aimed at disenfranchising Irish voters. He laments landlord control over certificates and calls the bill an Orange Tory instrument.
