Dreadful Linen House Fire Destroys Block in BorrerpaM

A large linen and calico dealer’s house in BorrerpaM burned down at 1 a.m. destroying two adjoining homes and injuring several others. Death and accidents in the city this week

Early Saturday a man died after being committed by bankruptcy commissioners for questions about his property. Saturday afternoon he suffered heart issues from cold water, but survived after surgery. A seven year old girl was killed when a cab horse ran over her in Charing Cross, the wheel fracturing her head. she was taken to a hospital with no hope of recovery.
