Mr and Mrs H R Rayner and family of Toodyay express gratitude for telegrams letters cards and expressions of sympathy after the death of their son They thank the Women’s Auxiliary of the K.S.S.A.L.L.A Red Cross Society and Australian Military Authorities for help and cooperation in tracing information about their late son.

Represented by registered refrigeration engineer Mr W D Wuitruxenam the Eastern Goldfields Machinery Company opens a district depot in Arcade Buildings Northam to service and overhaul commercial refrigerators. He plans regular service between Northam and Merredin and through the Lower and Upper Loop lines.
No services in Toodyay Parish on January 7 and 14 due to Rev. J. L. Ford on annual leave. January 21 lists Holy Communion and Evensong services at Toodyay Culham Martins Bolgart, with timings. January 25 marks Conversion of St Paul Holy Communion at Toodyay. January 28 Septuagesima no services. Rev. Ford at Goomalling.
