Auction notice from Smith & Co Limited acting for mortgagees lists sheep cattle and horses to be sold near Coondle Farm H T Lees. Items include 12 sheep 4 horses and various farming implements and sundries with entries invited. Further particulars via Clarke Doig Perth Northam and Toodyay Herald Office.
