It seeks to enlarge U S trade with South America West Indies Mexico and Central America. Government buildings and a large mineral exhibit are planned with six structures under construction. General Avery will sail for Rio de Janeiro tomorrow to promote exhibits and attendance from South America. A representative of the Two Republics praised closer commercial ties and urged Mexico to exhibit its agricultural products at Atlanta next year.
