Downtown site kept for TDHF affordable housing project
TDHF chief Tim Janzen asked town council to reserve lots 18 to 28 through next year for a mixed 33 unit affordable and market housing project valued at about 8.55 million. The plan includes 22 affordable units and 11 market units with on site TDHF offices and 50 off street parking spaces. McCain seeks wind and solar at Alberta potato plant site
Alberta project proposes co locating five wind towers with a 31 MW capacity and a 5 MW solar array at the McCain potato plant east of Chin.
