Canadian Cancer Society promotes breast cancer awareness month
During National Breast Cancer Awareness Month the Canadian Cancer Society urges Canadian women to screen and self examine. It cites 21 600 Canadian diagnoses and 5 300 deaths in 2005 with Alberta figures 1 950 diagnoses and 430 deaths.
