Rogue car crashes into Dollar Giant entrance in Taber

Remembrance Day Service Set For Taber
Remembrance Day activities begin Friday with a pre ceremony by local air cadets at 9 a.m. at the cemetery placing flags for fallen veterans from Taber and nearby areas. Cadets lead a 10 30 a m march from the Royal Canadian Legion to the cenotaph and Taber Community Centre. The service starts at 10 55 a.m. with Rosemary Mangold as MC and performances by the Choralaires and St. Mary's School band. Legion ladies auxiliary hosts lunch upstairs. basement reserved for veterans only the first hour after the service, reopening to the public at 1 p.m.
