Taber man given suspended sentence for assault in court
Troy Mark Dean a 32 year old Taber resident pled guilty in Taber provincial court May 6 to assault after an argument at a Taber residence March 20. Crown said he was extremely intoxicated. Judge LeGrandeur imposed a one year suspended sentence with a condition to refrain from alcohol. No victim fine surcharge.
