End of era as Taber Lions end arena concession
The Taber Lions Club will stop operating the arena concession on June 30 after nearly six decades. Club members cite aging membership and declining volunteers, with 18 or 19 of 22 Lions assisting this year. The concession booth has hosted hockey event celebrations and a year end skating club gathering.
