Young women learn self defense skills in Taber class
Twenty five girls under 22 attended a two hour self defence course at Taber Police Station led by Const. Ashley McFarlane through Tabor Adult Learning. The session combined lecture and practice to give attendees simple instinctive techniques and confidence to defend themselves.
