Man Dies After Jeep Hits Taber Hospital Pillar
A 34 year old Taber man died after his Jeep Grand Cherokee struck a support pillar at the Taber Health Centre entrance around 9 05 PM. Police say the driver moved his vehicle to the hospital due to medical distress and an autopsy has been ordered. Speed and alcohol are not suspected factors.

Utilities hearing set for Thursday over town water bylaw
The Alberta Utilities Commission will hold a formal complaint hearing on June 14 at 9 a.m. at the Heritage Inn regarding Town of Taber water and sewer rates alleged to be improperly imposed. Barry Conacher filed the complaint June 13, 2011. a decision is usually issued within 90 days after the hearing.
