Taber sees stable construction in 2003 and hopeful 2004
Taber planning director Lenze Kuiper notes just over 6.6 million dollars in 2003 building activity down from 11 million in 2002 due to large institutional permits for St. Mary’s in 2002. He expects similar or slightly higher 2004 numbers, with more residential lots opening and downtown revitalization underway.
