Tabor court fines two for alcohol breaches and vehicle offences
Bernhard G Peters is fined 1500 dollars and banned from driving for a year after a Nov 11 2011 crash in Confederation Park with a 14 mg per cent breath test. A Dec 22 2011 stolen vehicle incident led to new charges withdrawn by the Crown. Restitution totals 4294.50 to the Town of Tabor and ignition interlock eligibility after three months. A 74 dollar victim surcharge adds. In a separate case Nathan Archie McNee pleads guilty to two breach of probation counts for alcohol and missed counselling appointments and is fined 500 dollars plus a 74 dollar surcharge.
