Games committee approves $200000 grant spread across park upgrades
The Southern Alberta Summer Games committee added four projects to the grant list including a $16,500 scoreclock for Ken McDonald Memorial Sports Park and a $30,000 drainage project for St. Pat's mini-soccer pitches. Also planned are $17,750 for a third baseball diamond, $11,500 to resurface tennis courts, and a note that funds could cover other needs. The proposal now goes to town council for final approval.
