Town keeps Nexen power and gas deal for five years in Taber
Taber council unanimously approved another five year term with Nexen Marketing for electricity and natural gas under the Energy Aggregation Program. The town joined to secure favorable pricing and has saved about 423 000 on electricity and 103 000 on natural gas since 2004. Energy costs are determined via a joint bid package for multiple municipalities.
