Donor awareness urged at Taber talk by heart transplant recipient
Pat Donahue of the Kidney Foundation spoke at the Taber Kinsmen Club about National Organ and Tissue Donor Awareness Week, urging families to discuss donation. He shared his two heart transplants and highlighted Alberta waitlists and the need for donor cards, live kidney and liver donations, and a family centered decision.
