Centennial Bonspiel Countdown Building the New Rink
A community crew in Baldur built a new curling rink in one summer with 30 to 46 workers nightly and by day. Local farmers bankers and volunteers supplied labor funds and materials while a video archive records the effort ahead of the January 29 to February 1 1998 centennial bonspiel.
