Bankstown-Liverpool Railway Advocacy Meeting Held
A Liverpool Town Hall gathering on the 13th instant formed plans to press the Government for a Bankstown to Liverpool railway. Delegates from Bankstown Campbelltown Ingleburn and Liverpool elected officers led by Mayor Ald. L J Ashcroft and discussed route options and military area considerations. The project aims to be national and aid soldiers along the proposed line.

Campbelltown Show Ends After Nineteenth Exhibition
The Campbelltown Agricultural Society held its nineteenth annual exhibition, with excellent weather and a large turnout. gate receipts reached about £77, surpassing prior shows, though Sir George Fuller’s absence from the official opening was noted. Officials praised the secretary J. T. Deane and reported strong displays in horses, ponies, cattle, poultry, farm produce, and school exhibits, while noting lighter dog attendance and various prize winners across categories.
