Christmas Party Draws Near Universal Menangle Turnout
The Parents and Citizens Association hosted the Children's Party and Christmas Tree at Menangle Hall on Saturday with nearly full attendance before Father Christmas arrived from Campbelltown on a white charger. He distributed gifts to over 100 children as a large decorated tree loomed on stage. The event featured a student display of school work, garments for the Junior Red Cross, and certificates from the combined schools athletic sports. Mr. and Mrs. Murray received thanks, and senior girls were noted for advancing to higher schools next year.
